Canoesday!

What better way to enjoy these long days of summer than by getting out on the Gorge for an early evening paddle? Canoes and kayaks welcome. If there is an instructor onsite they will lead a paddle starting at 6:30 PM at the VCKC Clubhouse. If not then it's a good time for an individual practice paddle on the Gorge.

Since its a club paddle all federal and club policies must be followed.  Wear a PFD at all times on the water.  All participants must have basic canoe or kayak certification.

If you require a club kayak please send a request to: kayakbooking@vckc.ca (note there is no ‘s’ after booking). Or if you need a canoe please send the request to: canoe@vckc.ca.  For kayak or canoe bookings,  please email anytime after 6:00 pm on the Monday before the Tuesday paddle and remember to let us know if you have reserved but can't make it.   See you there!
