The Stikine River is one of British Columbia's last truly wild rivers, running more than 600 km from its headwaters in the Spatsizi Plateau to the Pacific Ocean in Alaska. In August this year, 3 friends and their 3 sons successfully paddled 300 km of this remote and beautiful river through class II and III rapids. What was required to prepare for this trip in terms of building skills, competency, and confidence for both the adults and teens? And, how did it all work out? Join us for an exciting night of stories and photos.
