VCKC Executive Board meetings are held 7-9 pm, the second Tuesday of every month (except July, August), at the VCKC Clubhouse.

To put forward an item to be considered for the agenda, please email both president@vckc.ca and secretary@vckc.ca at least one week prior to the meeting.

All members are welcome to attend the monthly Executive Board meetings, and are asked to RSVP (register) one week in advance.
